I mailed the wrong book to a member.  I contacted her and we have worked out most of the details.  However, I can't find her address in the system  now.  Is there some place I can look to find it.  I have Pm'ed her to get her address, but she hasn't responded.  Any help would be great.  Thanks!

Maybe the file from the original printout is saved in your computer's dowload list?  Otherwise just wait for the member to pm you.  If she wants the book I'm sure she'll be back online soon.  Don't stress - we all make mistakes!

did she mark the book received or is it still a pending transaction?  if it is still pending you can print the address label again

Would the information be in your transaction archive with the book that was incorrectly mailed?

I checked my transaction archive, but all is gives me is the state or city and state, no physical address.  Yes, the book was marked as received, so I can't reprint the label. 

I will go check my downloads and see if the file is still in there, hadn't thought of that one!

If you can't find the download then don't worry about it.  Keep the book for awhile and the PMS.  If she wants the right book she'll contact you.  Maybe she's on vacation.
