I don't think so.  But you can transfer credits from one site to another.  So you could transfer PBS credits to Swapacd then use them there or sell them to cover Swapacd postage. 

Actually: if you sell credits on PBS the money doesn't go into your PBS account.  It either comes to you in check/money order or goes to Paypal depending on what deal you worked out with the purchaser.  So you could just put that money towards swapadvd.  But if you have money in your PBS account for postage-I don't think that can be transfered to one of their other sites.

No, right now there's not a way to transfer money.  But if you sold credits here and put the money in your paypal account, you can use that money to fund your swapacd account.
