How do you post credits for sale? What is the accepted selling price? Is there a limit on how many you can sell in a given peroiod?

It varies, but usually around $2.50 a credit.

Well, there is a limit on how many credits one person can give you a month (30), but there is no limit to how many you can recieve (or so I think).

There is no set price that you can ask for your credits. You can look around to see what the going price is, you certainly ask more but many not sell.

You can only transfer 50 credits from your account in a calendar month so its best to not sell more than that :) When you transfer credits you will see a count down so you will know how many you have left.
