I am leaving the country for South America in Mid Dec, through early January.

I have a vacation response set up. However, if I am on vacation, and a book I have been "waiting for" is now requested by me (auto request) will it skip my place in line?

I will have access to email every couple days while there, I just won't be home to say when a book arrived and/or mail a book or CD (I am a SwapaCD member as well).

Any suggestions?

thanks

Any books that are set to auto request will automatically be requested on your behalf, just the same as if your account were not on hold.  So, you'll still get those books!

and then just mark it received when you get home.  You can always PM the sender and let them know because it sounds like it could be considered "lost" since you'll be gone for awhile and depending on when it would be shipped to you.

will anyone be collecting your mail?  perhaps they could open up any books and check them out for you and email you and you can mark them received at that point.
