I'm trying to find the member that does the credits for soldiers. I donated a credit to the cause, but like an idiot i didn't keep the info. I have some audiocassettes i would like to donate, but can't remember who to send them to. Any have any idea of who i'm talking about, please pm me with the name. Thanks,,,,,,,,cusslerfan |

Try posting in CMT. I would change the subject title though....something like: "Donate books/credits to soldiers?" Something along those lines are likely to draw the attention of people who have done this, or the actual person who sends the stuff. Also, you can do a forum search to see if you can find the old thread. |

People also advertise this in the Book Bazaar too, you can post there. |

There is also a website-- booksforsoldiers.com. They need audiobooks on CD and paperbacks and hardbacks. You might want to post asking if someone is a member and collecting things to send, if you don't want to join the group yourself. |

I'm not sure they'd have anything to play cassettes on over there. I had a bunch of audios on cassette and my little portable player broke. I couldn't find anything to replace it. I had to listen to them in the car. But it can't hurt to ask. Maybe someone over there has a portable stereo that still has a cassette player. |
