i just recieved this book . the title is : " QUICK FROM SCRATCH PASTA " . this title is misleading !!! i expected a book of pasta recipes , that were basically , as the title says , made from scratch . my expectation was that the PASTA was made from scratch . NONE of the pasta is made from scratch . allthough the recipes look yummy , it is not what i have wanted . if you like pasta dishes , you will find them , nice ones , but dont expect any homemade from scratch noodle recipes !
