Most quilters are busy today and don't have time to do the intricate close quiltig of yesterday. But with modern methods and materials you can turn out a quilt like great grandma in 1/10th of the time.
This books is about the most neglected part of the quilt, the quilting! Techniques and materials you need ot know with dicussions on vital areas such as equipment, batts, machine stitching and source for design.
The major part of the book is devoted to the patterns 150 of them!
They can be adapted to almost every purpose you might wish for quilting.
A very extensive resource of quilting patterns. A great book
