Now, unfortunately, there was a nasty villain loose in the Deep, Deep Woods, a slippery, wicked magician, and he needed to be arrested. The Raggedys, along with the Nice Fat Policeman, their dear friends Mr. and Mrs. Hooligooly, and the Wilk Gazook, too, share one scrape after another trying to catch this wicked magician and put an end to his mischief. And it didn't help the Raggedys one bit that the Nice Fat Policeman would, more than likely, be hiding and crying behind some tree when they needed him most."
