It's a new concept in prisons. No guards, no bars, just vacuum. Asteroids are hollowed out, made liveable, filled with criminals and then sent on decades-long and century-long orbits out of the inner system. No one seemed to have considered "the law of unintended consequences."

Can't review this one yet as I haven't read it. Somehow I ended up with two copies. These are new authors to me, but the blurb looked really good. Sounds similar to the plots in Greg Bear's MOVING MARS or Robert Heinlein's THE MOON IS A HARSH MISTRESS. For now, I'll give it a medium rating so I can post it.
