Yesterday I received a hard cover book when the book I requested was a paperback. The sender refuses to return my credit, (but that's a whole different post) Anyway..... I still want the original book that I requested. How do I get back to #1 in the FIFO line?

I also used the contact us link and explained the situation when it happened to me..... and they put me back in place. I don't think its a rule or policy.... but more of a courtesy on their part.
