Received my first RWAP :( But I don't feel it was justified. My item was an audiobook, which was in the sturdy five-sleeve interior packaging, but missing the outer cover. It was postable and in good condition, but the member stated that no one mentioned the outer cover was missing. I can see from my Transaction Archive that there were no Requestor Conditions placed on the order of the book. I don't think it's fair that a member can even check that as a reason for a RWAP unless there was a Requestor Condition on the transaction. The member was very courteous, and declined my refund offer, maybe didn't realize that there was no RC attached to the order? I wish that the RWAP had been marked "In Error" on the follow-up, which would have removed it. |

The other member was wrong to mark it RWAP. The posting guidelines say Audiobooks MUST be the original cassettes/CDs, but do NOT have to include the outer "box" that held the set. If the other member wants all audiobooks to have the outer box, they need to have a RC saying so. I wouldn't even have offered them their credits back, you didn't do anything wrong. One error RWAP is not going to hurt your account. |

Contact PBS. you do not owe this person a credit refund and this was marked RWP in error. I had someone ding me for sending the wrong binding when they ordered the wrong book. My book was posted correctly and matched on all 4 pts. I would copy/paste form teh rules where it says that the outer cover on audiobooks is not required. PBS can tell if they had RCS turned on or not when they made the request. The RCS will be in your Transaction Archive under that request-if they had any. |

The member did decline the refund offer, I really think it was an honest error. I guess we've all got to get our first RWAP sometime, but at least the details are available in the Transaction Archive. |

Has she marked it as settled Kathy? If not, I would tell her that she should be marking it as RWAP by mistake so it removes it from the transaction. |

I did receive another PM after I explained my side of the story, I thought that was the follow up. The status on my Transaction Archive says: No resolution has been recorded by the requestor. Do you think there is still time to PM and request that it be marked RWAP in Error? |

I would definitely try. She might not know that she is supposed to record follow up, so its worth a shot to PM her again and say that it shows that she hasn't marked it resloved and she should go select that she marked RWAP by mistake since the rules say you did not have to send the box and she didn't have requester conditions asking for it. |

Thanks for the advice, I just sent a PM to the member. |

If the outer box of an audio book is missing, isn't the ISBN missing? Did you have to list it as a PBS created ISBN or was the ISBN somewhere else on the audio book? |
