I just received this book in the mail.  Is it RWAP?  I believe it is as the pages are tearing away from the spine but I wanted to confirm before I marked it as such.

That definitely looks like an RWAP to me!  And make sure you get your credit back!

Yes Jamie, when the pages are seperated from the cover the book is no longer postable.  RWAP.
