I had a book request for a book with RC.  I can't remember what they even were. After checking and rechecking the book . I sent it out and when it was received it was marked RWP, RC not met.  I want to know should the person getting the book let you know what they thought was wrong with the book?  It is never my intention to send out a bad book , and as a book lover  if its a book I want I am not picky.  I guess i will only  accept the RC  only from a smoke free home. Oh and the one from a wombat free home too.lol

I hate to say it, but that's exactly why a lot of people turn down requests with requestor conditions.  I have only turned down one, and not had any problems with the ones I've accepted, but I know plenty of others have had experiences like yours.

Whatever the RC was....they were not satisfied. It doesn't sound like they're asking for their credit back. Perhaps they don't know that they have to ask for the credit. You might want to PM them?!?

And Yes this is why most people deny sending books to people with requestor conditions. You just never know how picky a person is going to be and it's not worth losing a credit over.

To see what the RCs were, click the details link in the Transaction Archive for this book. It will show you what the RCs were. It won't tell you what you did wrong, just what they did have in the RCs.

I went to the transaction archive and looked up the book transaction. All there is, is a broken heart on the side that says did not meet RC. All the details show are when it was shipped and when it was received.

wonder if they didn't have RC set when they ordered this book or if there was a glitch or something

Terry, the RC's should show up in the "details" button for the transaction. Click "details". Did your book meet the conditions listed?

I did look under details and there is nothing there, But i do remember they had RC and I debated sending it because of all the problems I had read about on here.
