I dont have the funds to send it right now so unless you want to pay for shipping i cant send
So I guess she wants me to pay for the book and her shipping and she get a free credit

Posting names of other members in the forums is not acceptable, please remove that. Her asking you to pay the shipping is not acceptable either and you should send in Feedback via the Contact Us link in the lower right under Company. She shouldn't post books if she can't send them, she should not be trying to get postage out of the requesters. But, please, remove the other member's name. |

It looks like the sender declined to send the book and then you found her PM info to ask why she declined to send it. Was there any sort of previous conversation with her? If not she only offered to allow you to pay for postage once you asked why she declined to send it. No, she's not supposed to do that - but she is allowed to decline to send the book for any reason without someone else having to validate her reason. Just like the issues with RCs any sort of reason entered for why the book can't be sent seems to upset the requester. This is why it's better to just leave the site alone and let it do its thing. |

If the book was a WL book posted to the site, and the sender doesn't have the funds to mail, she shouldn't have posted it in the first place. She should have waited until she had the funds. If it was FIFO, things like that happen all the time. At least she didn't say she was going to send it then let it time out. |

If she is a new member she may have joined and posted a bunch of books not realizing how quickly they might all get requested. I mailed over 100 books the first month I was here. I had the postage budget for it at the time so I didn't have to cancel anything. But I learned quickly to keep the bookshelf under control and to check if books are WL and how many are posted before just posting a bunch at once. I know we are all avid readers. But it is just a book. Sometimes real life gets in the way of PBS. |

oh I didnt know we couldnt post nicknames, it didnt even occur some use real names, but it seems swap deleted the names |

oh and the reason I asked about why she cancelled is because I wondered if it was because of my RC , if it was since it was a sihlist item I was going to delete the RC |
