I was wondering if anyone has read the books in The Seven Sisters Series by Debra White Smith.  They look like they might be good, but most of them do not have any reviews for them.  Some of the ones that have descriptions are only giving a summary of the book.  I would appreciate any feedback that anyone might want to give me.

Marcia,

I have read only one of the Seven Sisters Series. I cannot remember the name of the book, but it was  the first in the series. It was okay. I read some of Debra White Smith's books that are supposed to be like a Jane Austen book in modern times and I enjoyed those. I also enjoyed reading her non-fiction books about marriage. Maybe the rest of the Seven Sisters Series beyond the first book were wonderful. Personally I really enjoy Deborah Raney's books. The story lines are usually very good and the characters are very believable. I just finished reading Shelley Shephard Gray's book  "Hidden" and that was a very sweet love story, but I don't know if you are into Amish fiction.  Another author that I whole heartedly recommend is Kim Vogel Sawyer.  I recently read a book by her called "Kansas Weddings" or "Kansas Brides" I can't remember which was the name and this book contained 3 stories and  for me it was a real winner. I hope this helps.

Marcia, I read the whole series.  I enjoyed following how the girls' friendship grew and changed with the changes in their lives. they are sweet slice of life stories.

I read the entire series and it was a totally enjoyable read...fun to see the lives and relationships evolve and change as life changed.

Thanks for your input.  I went ahead and ordered the first one and will see if I like it.

I read one and it was very interesting but it had some things in it I didn't care for. I am kind of conservative in my reading standards. If you want more info I will be happy to tell you but I prefer to do it privately. Maybe the other ones were better but I decided not to finish the series after that one.

Hope you enjoy them:)
