I won't really use a lot of the stuff in this book but I enjoyed reading it. I liked the way it detailed steps. I particularly like the Assessments section at the back. It gave me many ideas for my cadets and how they can take charge of their own success. I like the forms which are easily converted to practically any subject, the student behavior contract, etc.
