This was a good book. I absolutely love the hero of this story. What a guy! I wish there could be more men like him! This was a quick read that I finished in 1 day because I couldn't put it down.

This is the first book I read by Lucy Monroe and I LOVED IT.... I am not sure why, but I just fell in love with the book, the characters, the writing style, etc. DEFFINATELY WORTH THE READ!!!!

If you like Jayne Anne Krentz, this book may appeal to you- I found it similar in many ways to her novels from a few years ago, pre-Arcane society etc, when she was writing about characters involved in business etc. The main characters bear a resemblance to hers and the story is set in the Pacific Northwest too. However, this book does not have the mystery/suspense element that JAK often includes-
