The plot sounded good. Unfortunately, this book should be classed as Erotica, which I was not looking for. My review may not be fair as I did not finish it.

I found this book in a used book store and was pleasantly surprised.
A futuristic setting.
Major Lara McDaniel is an officer in charge of the Emperor's safety. Her entire crew is poisoned and her Emperor kidnapped.
Former Squad leader and now space scavenger Riley isn't looking for a bossy Major who commandeers his ship and his help.
Riley and Lara must find her Emperor and discover who is behind the kidnapping before an intergalactic war breaks out.
It was a treat to read sexual tension in an Ellora's cave book.
Lara and Riley were a great team!
