I received a book I ordered but do not see it anywhere except my tbr file. How can I acknowledge that I have received it? I have just started with PBS and don't know what I am doing wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated. |

Jean, welcome to PBS! Take a look in your Transaction Archive. The book may be there. The Transaction Archive is located in the My Account drop down menu at the top of th page. Was the book "lost in the mail"? If so, and you got the book, it goes in the TA, and you can mark it received there. Also, there are several Tabs on your account page, and the Tab you are looking might be hiding behind another Tab. Last Edited on: 4/26/08 9:32 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

hi, thanks for your response. I have looked in all my lists and still cannot find it. I am confident I did order it. The sender did not include any return address or the slip that we print out with the label. I have checked all my correspondence and cannot locate it. I can only hope that the person that sent it to me questions the receipt. I think I had it in my "to be received" list and inadvertently put it in some other spot. |

Hello, Jean! See this from the Help Center: The only way to move it from the en route tab is to mark it received (or let it go "lost"), and since you say it's in your TBR, I bet you marked it received and it is in your Transaction Archive (that's a link at the top of your main account page).
