This is a new one to me. Yesterday, I received a book that I didn't order. I checked my transaction archive all the way back until Oct. 31st and could not find any books from this member(wondering if it went lost). I looked her name up in the directory but couldn't find her. I put her first name and her city and state. No matches. What do I do now? ** Thanks Mary! There's another PBS member right in my neighborhood! Our great mailman thought I was the only member in the neighborhood and placed it in my mailbox. I had 5 other books so never looked at the address just the name of the sender. So, this afternoon I am going to hopefully meet another PBS member for the first time when I bring her her book!** Last Edited on: 12/12/09 11:50 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Is there a transaction number? I would contact PBS and see if the know where it came from. Other than that there's not much you can do about it. Really there's nothing you have to do either. If you didn't ask for this book, don't want this book you are not obligated to give her a credit for it. But I would at least contact PBS and ask if they recognize this person. Did she use a PBS label? Do you do any other book trading sites or goodreads? I won a book from goodreads one time. I had no idea that I had won. There was no email or anything on the package to indicate it was related to goodreads. It took some investigating on my part to finally figure it out. At first I thought maybe someone damaged a game book they were sending me and ordered it elsewhere and they sent the wrong book. |

Did you have any where they accepted and maybe printed the label but didn't mark it mailed? They could have found the label later and mixed it up with someone else's label. |
