I received a book today that I didn't order and the wrapper was even printed from PBS - can't figure this one out. I've searched and cannot find the member in the member directory. Evidently she has not made her profile public so cannot find her by first name (Allison) or city and state (Greer, SC) so am at a loss as to what to do except send her a note and let her know that I have her book. Anyone have any other ideas? Would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. |

I've heard of this happening before, and that time it was because another PBS member lived nearby and that is who the book was being mailed to. The letter carrier simply put it in the wrong box by mistake. It sounds silly to ask but... was it actually addressed to you and not one of your neighbors? |

Thanks for responding and yes - it is clearly addressed to me! And printed via PBS... |

Look for the transaction ID on the PBS wrapper ... contact PBS and give them the number and I think they can look it up and find out who the sender is. Did you order any books recently .... maybe someone mixed up their packages and sent you a book that was supposed to go to someone else? You could go to "En Route To Me" and see if you can match up the state to something else that you did order. |

Thanks so much for responding Sara. How do I contact PBS - I can't find an email address directly for them... Carol |

Down on the bottom of the screen, under 'Company'. There's a button to leave feedback. |

If the name and city don't match anybody on your "En Route To Me" tab on your My Account page, then probably what happened is somebody printed a wrapper twice and used it to mail two books to you. Look at your Transaction Archive for the past couple of weeks' transactions and see if it matches anybody there. |

I overlooked a book that was being sent to me from SC in my transaction archive so I PM'd the member and am waiting to hear from her. Thanks for your patience! Carol |
