I have posted a series of books.  Another member has emailed me and asked me if I would be willing  to send them the whole series for less credits then the number of books in the series.  Are there any rules about this?  And if not how would this work?

Hi Natalie. It is done frequently in the Book Bazaar. If you are willing, you agree. They order the agreed upon # of books. You manually remove the others you are sending them from your shelf. You send them the total number of books agreed upon. You save postage, they save credits.

You don't have to give a deal on the books if you don't want to-btw. I would if they are heavily posted books (you can tell by putting them on your reminder list).  But if they haven't been posted long and aren't heavily posted books-don't feel like you have to offer them on a deal.  I would also weight them and go to the post office website to see how much it'll cost to mail them before I agreed to a deal.
