Hi, I'm not getting credits for books I have sent. I'm getting the emails from PaperBack Swap saying the book was marked received and the club member sent me a message but the credit isn't showing up. I have no idea where the contact us button is on the site to report the problem. Can someone please help? Donna. |

Have you clicked the credit registry tab under the My Account heading to make sure you are not getting the credits? There you'll find a list of all of the credits you've received and spent. It would be extremely odd if you got the email and not the credit. I recently thought I hadn't gotten the credits for a couple of books I mailed with the new printable postage, but when I looked in my credit registry, I realized that I had requested a couple of books from my WL through auto request that I wasn't thinking about when I was adding up my credits in my head. If you check your credit registry and see that there was actually no incoming credit for the books, you can send a message about your problem through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Donna, Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a link that says, "Contact Us", its to the left of the "Patent Pending" thing at the very bottom of the page. Click contact us and send them a note. |
