For about the past week I haven't gotten any emails from PBS, anyone else having this problem? I have logged into my account and found wish list books posted, mailed booked received and books requested, none of which I have received the email messages on. I feel like I have to check my account everyday or I'm going to miss things. I checked my settings and I don't have any notices turned off. Any idea how to kick start my emails from the system? |

Yes. There are several Comcast customers reporting this over in CMT. You should log on to your providers website and manually add the two PBS addresses to their junk mail filter. Went off to find the addresses and got more:

The "club communications" folder Emily mentioned is on the yellow bar at the top of your main My Account page. It contains a copy of every email the site has sent you.
Also, see: If you think you are not getting your PBS emails...

There is a link to the Comcast spam filter over in the CMT thread... |

Thank you all for the tips. I did add the PBS emails to my address book and checked my blocked sender list. I also used the contact us to inform the powers to be of the problem. Their response was yes we've had a lot of people with that issue but we sent them the messages it is up to comcast to deliver them. They did mention some email providers delivering things as spam control. Of course the reply from TPTB didn't get through but with Patty's clear directions to my club communications tab I found it. I'm fairly certain the problem started after the newsletter went out so it must be comcast's attempt at spam control but not even delivering them to me and obviously many other comcast users. Not sure there is much else I can do. |
