I just recieved an email from PBS that the book had taken 26 days or longer to get to me so they assuemed it was lost and gave me back my credit. Well, the mailman just brought it to me today. It came from HI so no wonder it took so long. I want to get the credit back to the person who sent me the book but there is no where to click or state that I recieved the book. Can someone please let me know what to do. Thanks! |

Go to your "transaction archive" and find the book there, then mark it received. Hope this helps! |

If you check your transaction record for "Books lost in the mail," you should be able to still find the transaction and record updates.
