Recently, I received a book that smelled very strongly of smoke, despite my requestor conditions that says I don't want them. I went to mark it recieved, with a problem, but the button was gone! I hit yes thinking it had been moved to the next page, but no dice.

My sister, who is also a PBS member, still has the button on her account. Is this just a glitch?

Did you use an alternate address? Someone else had that issue a little bit ago. If you send using the alternate address you don't get a RWP option.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you just might have missed the RWAP button when you were marking it received.  It is on the very FIRST page, you either mark it received or not received or received with a problem.  (Button says There is a problem with this book, I believe.)

The other alternative is that you had book shipped to an alternate address.  Those do not have the RWAP option when being marked received as the system is assuming that somone other than yourself will be the recipient and you will not be examining the book yourself.

Oh, i did send it to an alternate address. I didn't realize that would happen... sounds like i'd be better to send the book to myself and hand it to them personally ^^;;

Thanks for the help!

curious:  when you send to an alternate address, do your requestor conditions even appear for the sender?  (I suspect that the sender doesn't even see them, given the "rwap" button is missing.)
