I received a book with a problem but after I click the "Was the Book Received?" button, I only get 2 options instead of 3. The "Yes, But With a Problem" button is not there. Any ideas on what I should do? If it helps, it is a textbook that has underlining but the sender did not ask me if it was OK before they sent it. |

Did you have it mailed to an address other than the primary one for your PBS account? You lose the RWAP option if you mail the book to an alternate address - even if you are still the recipient. This can happen even if you use the same address but have it sent to another person at the same address. So if you are using your home address as your primary, but, say, have the book sent to you at a college or vacation address, you will lose the RWAP button. It stinks, but apparently its because when you use an alternate address, the system assumes you are sending to a non-PBS member who won't be familiar with PBS condition guidelines and therefore isn't a valid judge of whether the book is postable or not. |

Guess that would be why. My son had me put the book on my wishlist because he didn't have room on his. I guess from now on I will just have it sent to my address. So is there nothing I can do about reporting this since PBS guidelines were not followed? |

Kathy, I had a text book sent to my son and even though I couldn't officially mark the book RWP, I did PM the sender and ask for the return of my credit. My son told me the book was heavily highlighted, to the point he could barely read it and they had not told me before it was sent. Fortunately, they understood and returned my credit with no fuss. |

Thanks for the suggestion. I did PM them this morning but have not heard back. Guess I will wait a couple days. Thanks to everyone for answering my question. |
