I really need recipes using Stevia instead of sugar for sauces, puuddings, cookies, cakes, cobblers, pies, etc...other artificial sweetners cause me medical problems....

Carol, thanks soooo much for giving me access to foodie heaven....I absolutely love cheesecake and have been going through withdrawal for months after my hubby joined "Move" at VA...  VA's answer to WW...   I have recently been making the little cakes in a mug with angel food and any other cake mix and putting sauce on it....  But it doesn't have the "mouth feel" of cheesecake...Now I've got to figure out how to make my favorites, Peanut Butter cake, Paula Deen's Baby Jack Carrot cake, Jam cake and Italian Cream cake... I do a lot of baking for the VA volunteers and they only want cookies and that's going to take some trial and error...Again, thanks so much for your help...Beverly..
