A long time ago, I lived on a farm.
One day a fox came, intent to do harm.
She surveyed the morsels, and spied a pig.
When she snuck in, she was wearing a wig!

The mailman came to deliver a box,
And fell in love with the dressed-up fox.
He swiped a pie my wife was fixin’
And offered it to the cute little vixen.

She gladly accepted, and off they went
To enjoy pork and pie ‘til their hearts content.
So if you’re late in receiving your mail,
Blame it on the red head with a long tail.
