How do you people get the referrals to list their first 10 books?? I have had 8 people register last month and out of them only two have listed any books. I always send a PM when they first sign up welcoming them to PBS and then a few days later I normally send a reminder about listing some books but none of them have done anything. Those of you who have had many people use you as a referral, how do you do it?? I know most are probably friends whereas mine are not but is there anything to do?

Sorry about sounding like I am ranting, it is just fustrating:)

I don't do anything.  If I get a credit, great.  If I don't, I don't.  For me, it's an extra credit, not something that I'm relying on (like the credits for books I actually send out).  Most of my referral credits (I've only received a handful) were actually donated back to PBS.

Someone referred me to SwapaDVD nearly two years ago and she hasn't gotten her referral credit for me yet.  I intend to post four more items, but I haven't come across any DVDs that I want to part with yet (I'm much better at not buying DVDs than I am books).  I still request DVDs and the site, I just don't have any to post. 

Same problem here,   6 referrals,  only 2 became members.  When you find the answer, let me know.
