a friend of mine at work has told me about this. does anyone know anything about it and have used it? just wanted to know more about it. does it really work?

i have a friend, Jason, that teaches it in Anderson IN but I actually haven't experienced it yet.  Its a Japanese technique that is suppose to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing.  I have heard a lot of doctors recommend it along with traditional Western medication.  Jason has a website and I think he has the Reiki link included.  If interested PM me and I'll send the link to you.
