Though I didn't have high expectations, this book really hit some great points. Because I've done plenty of self-development, some welld-made points were good reminders. On the other hand, much of what he said about relationships was good, solid, do-able advice. This book emphasizes solutions, results-oriented process, and issues that I can change (rather than on what's wrong with my partner or the relationship). I recommend this to all who thinks their relationships can improve -- so that is to say, everyone should read this book!
