I am looking for a good book to help me learn relaxation techniques. I;ve never tried Yoga, but would like to. I need to learn to calm my mind and would like an easy to read book.
Does anyone know of something to help me? Thanks Diane |

Diane a great book for that I found is Getting into the gap- By Dr. Wayne Dyer. It is complete with a guided CD that takes you trou a guided 10 min meditation and also has a longer version of the same meditation for when you are more comfortable with the process. I find it very helpfull.
