Do you have a big reminder list?  How often do you spend a credit there, or do you hoard your credits in hopes of a WL book popping up?  I just looked at my RL and its H-U-G-E!  LOL  Sometimes Iook at it and I can't even fathom why I decided to "read it later".

Right now I'm going to try and hoard credits. I just started this 2wks ago so we'll se how it goes.  I have 3 credits, and 18pending.  I have a military move coming up around June.  So I really need to purge stuff.  We might be suffering with really cramped quarters for 2 yrs.  So my goal is to try and save them for WL books, not that I have that many of those.  I've been saving books to my Amazon Wishlist for a couple years though and a lot of them are on pbs.  So if someones running a deal I might get some of those.  But I have about 300 unread books already.  I need to focus on reading and posting those. In Jan I'll probably start running deals in the Book Bazaar for 3 for 1 or something to get rid of them.

I look at my reminder list from time to time and sometimes order off of it, esp if the number of copies is decreasing. I wish there was a way to see others' reminder lists and for others to see mine 'cause they're books that I'd get if t hey were in a deal. some are just there because I saw them mentioned and didnt' want to forget the title..and some I've looked at and wondered 'why' I put them there!

Susanna, you should suggest that to R&R!   Recently I suggested that when you are looking at someones shelf during a Box-o-Books trade, you could see if any of their books were on your reminder list.  Robert emailed me and said they were going to work on incorporating that into BOB.  I was so excited!  They really do listen to suggestions.

I don't even use the reminder list. I don't remember it's there. I have a notebook by my computer that I write down books I may be interested in. It makes it easier when I'm looking thru book deals or when I go hunting to see if the book is part of a series.

I'd probably sign up for boxers if I could do that! I also think there should be a list for boxers only like if you have ellora's cave you want to trade..I mean, I'm not a boxer and like it w hens omeone actually posts these but I'd be more willing to trade like for like and I sure can't blame others for not wanting to post them for just one credit!

I only use the Reminder list to see how many copies of something are in the PBS system.  Helps me figure out which books on my shelf I should definitely leave posted because there aren't that many in the system.

I print out a copy of just the books that are posted into the system from my reminder list.  If anyone is having a deal it is easy to see if they have any  that are on it. I also use it to do a search in the boxers to see if any boxers have a copy.  I also check through my whole reminder list from time to time and delete any that I change my mind on or have got a copy elsewhere. 

Do you know how if you put  a search for a particular book and you have it on your bookshelf the system tells you 'YOU HAVE POSTED THIS BOOK"  or the one when you order a book and the system tells you YOU ORDERED THIS BOOK ON AUG 1" ? I would love to have the feature that when you are looking at someone's bookshelf and there is a book from your reminder list on it, the system will tell you "THIS BOOK IS ON YOUR REMINDER LIST" .  That would save a lot of time for those who are interested in getting a deal and that feature would probably cause the person who is having the deal have more orders because it would remind the person that they indeed wanted that book. Don't know if that could be done but I sure would love that feature.

I'm like a kid at Christmas ... can't spend those credits fast enough.  When I'm at 0, I do get nervous though.  Have bought credits many times.
