Has anyone else gotten a request for a book that you no longer have listed. Twice now someone has ask for a book that I had already sent to another member months ago. I have no idea how they can request something that doesn't show up on my bookshelf but they have. Any ideas? |

That doesn't seem possible, so if it's some weird glitch, you should use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of this page to report it to TPTB. |

I'm guessing it was a glitch somehow. Like sasssy mentioned, use the "contact us" link to report it. |

If this happens:
If the book is on a WIsh List and involved in a pending offer:

Just some thoughts. Does the first request that you sent out appear in your Transaction Archive? Or could it have been part of a deal that you forgot to remove or could you have swapped it on another site. |

I have had that glitch happen to me a few times in the 5 years I've been a member. And the transaction showing that the book was sent out months previously is always on my transaction archive. |

I've had that happen a few times too. A couple of times, I got 2 requests, back to back for the same book. I got the request, accepted it, then got another for the same book not long after. Another time it was months later, but I checked and the book was in my transaction archive. I think it was probably refresh glitch they mentioned. I have had this same problem 2x now in the past month. Once for the same book 2 times . I went to posted list to ensure it was removed and couldn't find it there. Yet it was requested again about 2 weeks later. I'll try the contact us but wonder if it's some type of problem in the system? Last Edited on: 4/25/14 9:47 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
