said they couldn't meet my conditions. Only problem is that I never had any requestor conditions on my account. She said it came up that I couldn't take books that had been around smoke or cats. I do not have any conditions on my account. I went to my settings and checked. Could this be some type of glitch? Anyway I can find out? Thanks. Ada |

If you look at the Request Details to the right of the book title in your Transaction Archive you should be able to see whether or not there were any Requester Conditions officially attached to your request. It's possible that the Sender had another request and either confused or combined yours with the other request. Presuming you're right and you didn't have any actual conditions set, you should be able to just re-request the book. Last Edited on: 8/16/08 12:35 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

I'm with James here. I'll bet she turned down someone's request due to requestor conditions, and then her offer was passed on to you. She probably cancelled your transaction, thinking it was the same one as before. At that point, the system would remove the book from her shelf, because she cancelled. When she posts the book again, if it's a wish list book, it should go to you. (I don't think I'm making much sense. I should just say, "What he said.") |

I just checked the transaction archive and I did NOT have any conditions. It must have just been a mix up on her part. Thanks to you both! |
