I had a person request three books from me, and within a few minutes, cancelled one of the three. However, when the request showed up, it still showed all three books, and I never received any information that one was cancelled. I printed the bulk wrapper and mailed it off and everything. I only just now happened to peruse my Transaction Archive and realized this was the case. Why did this request still get through to me? On another thread, a poster claimed that anything cancelled within the first hour won't show up anyway. That certainly is not true. This person cancelled within two minutes, but the request for that book showed up anyhow. And neither did I receive an e-mail about the cancellation. Is there any way to report this to PBS?

Are you sure it wasn't a different person who ordered the one book, cancel it, then the second person request it? Or could they have requested it, canceled it, then requested all three?

Sometimes people can get lost when using the "Order more from Member" option. And if it's listed under the "Books I've Mailed" tab, then the order should still be good to go.

I'll see if I can find those details, but I do believe that it was ordered from the same member who ordered the other books.

Perhaps she ordered the one book, then decided to get some more books from you and wanted to order them bulk to save you postage? So cancelled the first one?

Carla - if you have an active transaction you will get the credit; either when its marked received or early if you used DC or PBS DC. I have done that to people a few times before when a book didn't get included in a bulk order, I cancelled it and reordered them all in bulk. I bet if you look at the time stamp on the cancelled transaction it will be a little bit before the bulk order time stamp.
