If you have requester COnditions, when you request a book - are you notified if your request is declined, each time, - or does it just filter down the list of posted books until someone accepts it - and then you are notified.

You will get an email every time and it usually contains the comments made by the sender when they declined the RCs.

If you didn't get a notice then your request either timed out or was declined for other reasons (like they noticed damage to the book or couldn't find or something).
