How do I go about asking the requestor a question about the conditions set? I have the hardback with dust jacket as requested but it is a book club edition.

Thanks,

Renee

You can't unless you accept the request first.  Then you can PM them to ask.  Did they say they didn't want book club books?  If not, then I don't see a problem.

Agree with Ruth...if the book meets their requestor condition as outlined, accept it. Any 'out of the ordinary' request they are concerned about should be there. If book club editions aren't mentioned in her requestor conditions, I would accept it.

I wouldn't PM either.  Then you have to worry about what to do if they don't respond by the mail by date and then who cancels if they don't want the book?  If it' snot in the conditions then send the book.  If they don't want book club editions it needs to be in their conditions. Obviously they know how to use RCS if they have the dust jacket requirement in there.
