I'm new and I swear I look everywhere, but I can't find out how to check a person's requestor conditions after they request a book of mine. Help?

If someone with RCs requests a book from your shelf, then you will have to accept the RCs prior to accepting the request, so it would be pretty hard to miss them. If you've accepted a book request with an RC and can't remember what the RC was or something along that line, then you can go into your transaction archive and look for it there. Hope this helps. |

The requestor condition is on the request page if there is an RC. If no RC, it doesn't appear. |

It's a big message, you can't miss it when someone has one. |

RCs show right away on a request and you need to hit a big old button agreeing to them so you can't miss them on a request. Once you've accepted a request with RCs, they will not be visible again until the transaction is completed (marked as received or cancelled by sender/receiver/site) and it shows up in your Transaction Archive. If you have some active transactions and think one had an RC, then you'd need to PM to find out what they were. It one drawback of RCs that we hope the site will fix someday. I don't think that a majority of members have RC's. They are getting more common now because people are frustrated that others aren't following the postability conditions set forth by PBS. But believe me, you'll know it when you see it. Ruth |
