1. Loose weight-I have said it many times, but have not followed through. I watched the biggest looser and it got me going. If they can do it so can I. Even the people who were sent home did it. The thing that is different this time, I did not join any WW, Jenny Craig or other weight loss program, I am just going to eat more fruits and vegetables and cut my portions size down and exercise. I have 120 pounds to loose but I am looking at it in 10lbs increments. Loss 8lb. so far so I have 2 more to go to each my first 10lbs goal. Wish me luck!

I BELIEVE you can & will accomplish all your goals and maintain the new regimen you have set for yourself. My husband & I too have a lot to lose and we were ecstatic about the mere 3 pounds we have lost so far this year. You're doing GREAT! Keep up the great attitude and you cannot fail. |
