Mine have been the same for a few years now. Each year I merely reaffirm of the vows I've made since, for the most part, I've been following them pretty closely. Here they are in no particular order:
JOG (I do this 3-4 times per week. no marathons; I only do about 2.5 miles each time. I also ride my bike to work.)
READ (not just books, but I also try to keep up with Harper's and National Geographic)
CHEW (this is, surprisingly, the hardest to remember--following the old addage "20 times on each side" is very difficult to live up to).
I guess they're all sort of inner maintenance rules to keep me going for many New Year's Days to come.
