Thank you...we managed to get it resolved...some weird mistake and everything was fixed ASAP!

You probably need to send in feeback with your wife's info to administration to let them take a look at the situation and see if they can fix the problem.  Go to the bottom of the page, click on Contact Us, and send in Feedback.
