Hello,

I made a couple of mistakes with my first book send, and I need to return credit to the person who requested the book. How do I do this?

Thanks

PY

Pam, I want to do a Random act of kindness and give you a credit. Enjoy swapping!

(You'll need to accept me as a buddy first and then I can send the credit.)

C.F.  Just an FYI -you can give credits without using the buddy system now. Just go into a person's profile or bookshelf and there will be a Give Credits button. It is very sweet of you to give Pam credits.

PY - sorry you had some tough transactions at first, glad to see you are doing right by the receivers. Thats a sign of a good trader and PBS is a great place for those! Enjoy swapping.

Pam, I can't tell if you've received any books yet (that's hidden in your profile) but you won't be able to give away credits until you have received 3 books.

Patty, wouldn't the exception be if you are returning a credit through the transaction archive?  That might be allowed since it is different than just buddying the credit

It's better to return it through the TA, because if you just give it to them on the buddy system they can refuse to mark the transaction as reconciled and it won't show there in the TA that you already returned the credit.
