I realize that "I Am Her Revenge" is a YA book, and that it was Ms Moore's debut novel. However, for me, it read as juvenile. I thought it would be more than it was. The idea of the plot was great, a woman has a child for the sole purpose of exacting revenge on those who had wronged her in the past. Unfortunately, the story didn't draw me in they way that I wanted it to. The main character wasn't believable as this lethal weapon of mass destruction. She was more like a clueless puppet on a string. Her lifelong friend even pointed this out to her, but she kept on her blind path. It just wasn't written in a way that I could buy into. I'd give it a stars, and would only recommend if you needed a book to kill to some time.
