The writer of this book lost more than 100 pounds following this simple procedure. I tried doing this and found it to be a very easy and inexpensive way to lose weight. There are no difficult to do steps and no expensive foods to buy. All it requires is to reverse your meals... breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast.
