I have read the first 6 and I enjoyed them. They are fast reads, but I thought they were better done than, for example, Christine Warren's "The Others" series ... which I have stopped reading because the characters have no depth. I thought Riley was an interesting character and the plotting is pretty good too. And, I like that she doesn't change herself to compromise with her romantic interests.

I second that completely.  I'm on book 7 but hit a standstill.  As much as I love the characters sometimes it's too wishy-washy, but well written.  I think I just need a break.  6 books in a row is a bit much, so I started another series and will go back.  I just started reading the Pamela Palmer Feral Warriors series, and I really liked the first book.

I've read the first 7 and have #8, Bound By Shadows, in my TBR pile.  I like them a lot.

I am a big paranormal reader, love reading different series, but I only read the first two and decided that I didn't care for this series. I guess I never really connected with Riley and didn't care for the whole "trying to kidnap and impregnate the heroine" storyline that was in both the first two books. I just never cared enough about the characters to get invested in the storyline.

I like them.  I didn't read them all in a row, and I think I am on about 6 as well.

I really disliked this series. The main character and her brother didn't bother but it was all the supporting characters did nothing for me. The sex scenes were not well written, and plot was so so. I through the first one in the trash can but took it out and posted it. I didn't evan bother reading the second book in the series.  As with most books it depends on what you like.

I really enjoy this series.  It definitely gets better as you go!  The last book was fabulous, just read it this month :-)  The characters are well developed and easy to love and the villians are fun to hate :-)

I didn't think the sex scenes were well written either.

Although I didn't think the books were bad, they just wern't good enough for me to continue reading the series. Since my TBR has 500+ books on it I have plenty of reading options besides a series that was just so-so for me.

I do have a different series of hers in the TBR, her Damask Circle books. Has anyone read these?

I love this series and I'm not usually a fan of PNR.  I didn't read them all in a row though.  I have the latest book in route to me know.
