Pamela Reed does a great job reading this, but oddly, her best voice is that of the male cuban! I hate to say it, that I think a book is totally lacking: in characterization, in plot...so what else is there? Who am I to say this popular author bores me to death, but this is my second, highly recommended book by Fowler that I couldn't quite finish. (The other was Sugar Cage.) I don't need slam-bang action, but nothing, just nothing happens!
