What was the last romance book that had you lugging out the tissue box ?

For me it was  : Out of the DarK by Sharon Sala... I have read it more than once and it still can't get through the entire book without blubbering !!!

that's easy  - Virgin River Christmas by Robyn Carr. and believe it or not, it was over a dog! from the guy's childhood no less! and the one before that was over the same kind of dog - black lab- in the Stranger in Her Bed by Janet Chapman! 2 doggie deaths in a row was too much for me....past or present whatever I boo hoo'd!

as far as crying over people, Lisa's Gift, an erotic romance of all things but I boo hoo'd in it too...

Oh Lord!  Well definitely Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon - the ending had me boo hoo'ing so hard my husband thought someone had died.  I also cried for Pleasures of the Night by Sylvia Day towards the end during the obligatory "separation" moment - very high emotions in that one!  PS I Love You by Celia Ahern.

I also cried with laughter, believe it or not, during Getting Rid of Bradley by Jenny Crusie.  Its my go-to book when I absolutely need a laugh.

Linda Howard's Cry No More - at least 3 times I had to put the book down and sob uncontrollably - and I don't even have kids. If you are a mom, get 2 boxes of tissue!!

In the first 25 or so pages of Wild Orchids by Jude Deveraux, I was also crying like a baby when the hero talks about his wife and mother-in-law, both deceased (it's not a spoiler - you learn it right away, and there's a heroine after all). After that, it wasn't so sad.

I also boo hooed at the end of Diana Gabaldon's A Breath of Snow and Ashes when Bree and family go... well, no spoilers about where they went but just thinking about it gets me teary. Not strictly romance though.

The Time Traveler's Wife - yeah, I cried hard when I read it and I cried both times I listened to the audio book. (caution: Not Romance - not exactly a HEA, still a great book)

Guardians Remdemption by Marie Harte. The heroine went through some awful stuff and her emotions and feelings had me crying.

Outlaw's Embrace by Francine Rivers.  Definately need a tissue box handy for that one.

I just finished listening to Dark Curse by Christine Feehan on audio CD.  I had some teary eyes at a couple points in that.  They are trying to save pregnant Carpathian Women and a baby.

Tapestry & My Beloved by Karen Ranney.  Flowers from the Storm by Laura Kinsale.  The Blood of Roses by Marsha Canham - when she kills off practically the entire cast of supporting characters in one fell swoop:P  Silver Lining & The Wives of Bowie Stone by Maggie Osborne.  The Duke of Shadows by Meredith Duran.  Beau Crusoe by Carla Kelly made me sniffle a bit, but I laughed a lot too.  Night in Eden & Whispers of Heaven by Candice Proctor.  Bewitching by Jill Barnett.  Heart of the West by Penelope Williamson.

I usually cry when reading books featuring lonely characters and/or arkward protagonist and that feature really good, heavy sexual tension/attraction.  So I've cried reading

After the Kiss by Karen Ranney

The Passionate One by Connie Brockway

The Charm School by Susan Wigg

Romancing Mr. Bridgerton by Julia Quinn

and many more I can't remember at the moment

Tapestry by Karen Ranney was a huge tearjeker.  Also, Outlander & Dragonfly in Ambery by Diana Gabaldon.  Also, Flowers from the Storm by Laura Kinsale.  In that book, I cried in the beginning when the Duke has his stroke.

I actually cried near the end of Knight in Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux.  Surprised me but I was really taken in by the experiences of the main character.

I just cried last night when I was reading Only Love by Elizabeth Lowell, I usually don't cry about books, but this one got me, especially the last part of the book.  It was a wonderful book, definitely a keeper.

I'm currently reading Wild at Heart and although I am not really crying, I just feel really touched by it.  I guess you could say my heart feels full.  I am only halfway through, but it has many emotional moments.

I rarely cry at books, not sure why.  Time Travelers Wife and The Bronze Horsemen were two tear jerkers for me.  I think for the most part you know a romance is going to have a happy ending so I guess I feel them differently.

The Bronze Horseman had me sobbing...

I cried a little for Lora Leigh's Wild Card. That's the most recent cry that I can remember.
