This is not a light read at all. It deals with Child abuse, pedophiles including the abuse there too. I had a hard time with one of the lead male characters, mainly due to the fact that I have a hard time believing zebra's change thier stripes. The author does do a good job in bringing the character around in believable ways. Well written, intense story.
